- Two-night minimum on all rental units regardless of season. From June 14 to August 25, cottages and campers are rented on a weekly basis only.
- From Memorial Day through Labor Day, a 10% amenity fee will be charged to all reservations.
- We allow a maximum of 4, 6, or 8 people per rental site. No pets allowed. Rental rates are based on 4 people (2 adults and 2 children, age 18 and under) and one (1) vehicle per rental site.
- All rentals must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
