Mardi Gras for Labor Day
It's Mardi Gras time at Cherrystone! Say "so long" to summer with a fun-filled family celebration. There will be family games including horseshoes and cornhole along with our Mardi Gras ceremonies of a costume contest, cake, parade, and traditional toast to the family! Help us crown our new King Stone and Queen Cherry as we say good-bye to summer. To cap off the weekend, we’ve got a fireworks display like none other! (Weather Permitting)

Bluegrass Festival
Dust off the banjo and camp with us to celebrate the music of Appalachia. Kids, make your own recycled material banjo. Adults, enjoy award winning bluegrass musicians of traditional and progressive bluegrass styles. Campers of all ages, let’s write a Cherrystone theme song and set it to bluegrass music at a camp-wide jam session! Good, old fashioned, home-grown fun to start the fall season!

Our annual Halloween celebration is a SPOOK-tacular, FUN-filled time. These awesome weekends include a costume contest for kids and adults, carved or decorated pumpkin contest, hayrides, "Trick or Treat" for children 12 and younger, a magic show, and our annual haunted house! Get in the "spirit" as you decorate your site for our best decorated site contest! We will give a special prize for the most creative! Come early and receive Thursday night for 1/2 price! Stay till Monday and receive Sunday night for 1/2 price! Halloween Weekend reservations are limited, so call now!

Cherrystone's 23rd Annual Haunted House
Our haunted house is so scary, it's, well, scary. Visit our Haunted House during our Halloween Weekends in October for a ghoulishly good time. Tickets sold separately. Please contact the Welcome Center for more information.
