Welcome Center Clerks

Our Welcome Center Team provides top-notch customer service and hospitality assisting our guests, who call or visit our resort. Welcome Center Clerks routinely answer phone calls, greet guests, provide information and answer questions in a friendly and helpful manner. Welcome Center clerks are also responsible for processing reservations using our reservation software, handling cash, and rental equipment. Great customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn fast are essential.
